About the Author

The author behind this website, House of Stories and Poetry (HOSAP), a lifelong writer with a passion for storytelling began her story at an early age and from then continued her flourishing writing life. Writing is not just a job or craft for her and instead has been a way to express her thoughts, emotions and lived experiences in a way that stays true and meaningful to her. Through all of the poetry, and short stories for early readers, the author Nellie has been able to share what her heart truly holds and gives back to the readers words that linger in their minds long after the story has ended.

One of Nellie’s poems even got published in the anthology Dreams and Wishes which further affirmed her commitment to publishing these stories out there.

Her stories and her writing serves early readers of all ages, parents, educators and so many more communities. They are all well suited for elementary schools, churches, daycare centers where things like imagination, emotional growth and creativity are all sought after. It is Nellie’s dream to place meaningful literature in all homes, libraries, schools and also organizations so everyone is able to thrive through reading.
